Postpartum Partners was established by a former career nanny turned doula with over 8 years of newborn, infant, and twin care experience. I know how transformative pregnancy and postpartum can be for parents and I am passionate about supporting Charlotte. NC families using inclusive and evidence-based care.

Research shows that having postpartum support is crucial for the transition of bringing home a new bundle of joy! As your postpartum doula, my goal is to provide you with evidence-based information and support in areas such as newborn care, chest or bottle feeding, and physical and emotional recovery from birth. Nurturing your family and helping you all feel more confident in your roles has always been my goal! I’m here to help with any questions you may have, concerns that may arise, and referrals that might be necessary.
